Comtrust Solution Partners (CSPs) |
| |
| For qualifying as a CSP, there is a process that
will identify the suitability of an organization to function as a
Solution Partner for Comtrust. |
| |
| 1. |
|
Business Profile
|
| |
|
Each
prospective organization is requested to
submit information on the following:
- Company profile – indicating all areas of business
- A letter outlining intent and identifying possible
synergies that can be carried out with Comtrust products and
services.
- A detailed list of clientele
- Knowledge base and area of expertise
- Approximate turnover and organization size
|
| 2. |
|
Due Diligence |
| |
|
Step 2 of the process is
having the documents submitted and reviewed. This will ideally
take 2 weeks. Any additional documentation that may be required
will be requested to fill up and/or communicate the status of
the application. |
| 3. |
|
Policies and
agreements |
| |
|
On sign up each CSP is
required to sign the standard Comtrust agreement, which covers
all the basic terms and conditions pertaining to the
partnership. This agreement will cover in detail the commission
structure, area of coverage and any specific conditions related
to the individual partnership. |
| 4. |
|
Yearly Targets |
| |
|
As part of the agreement, each
Partner will be given a grace period (typically equivalent to a
quarter) whereby no targets will be set. A target will be
assigned to each partner, which will be closely monitored in a
quarterly review. |
