eCompany develops customer services portal for Al-Turki Medical Group of Saudi Arabia

eCompany, Etisalat’s one-stop e-powerhouse business unit which provides Internet services and turnkey e-solutions, has developed the customer services portal for Saudi Arabia’s biggest dental and medical equipment supplier, the Al-Turki Medical Group (AMG).

 

AeCompany partnered with RAM WORLD, a specialist web consultancy firm in the Kingdom, for the development of the portal – www.al-turki-medical.com. This completes the first phase for the eventual roll-out of AMG’s e-commerce strategy, which will enable 700 plus hospitals and clinics in the Kingdom to select, order and purchase a range of medical and dental equipment online. “The portal is a stepping-stone to advanced e-services. By ensuring instant access to the latest in medical and dental equipment we will reduce procurement time for our customers. Within the next two years, customers will take their entire procurement cycle online,” said Mohamed Yasin, Marketing Manager, AMG.

 

Working with RAM WORLD was another opportunity to demonstrate its regional reach, as Ahmed Abdulkarim Julfar, General Manager, eCompany, said: “This project validates our partnerships led approach to business expansion.
