     Before you proceed for enrollment of Business User Certificate, please read the following instructions:
  1. Make sure that date is set to Gregorian calendar. Hijra calendar may cause problem with expiry date of certificates.

  2. You will be required to accept online agreement. Please click here to review agreement at this stage.

  3. Acceptance of online agreement will take you to enrollment page.

  4. Please enroll for the certificate. Fields marked with * are compulsory. Please note that you will be required to provide password chosen at this stage, when you want to revoke your Business User Certificate. Please provide your credit card number and expiry date to make payment for Business User certificate. If you choose not to provide credit card number at this stage, it will be required at the time of approval of certificate. Once you submit order for a Business User certificate, a reference number will be communicated. Please make a note of this reference number.

  5. You will receive an e-mail at e-mail address given on the enrollment page requesting you to provide the following proof of identity as a part of authentication process:

    • Copy of passport with visa page

    • Copy of labor card (for expatriates only)

    • One additional identity document, e.g. copy of driving license.

    These documents will be required to be presented at one of the locations listed in e-mail. Either original passport or original labor card will be required to be shown.

  6. The approval of Business User Certificate may take up to five days after enrollment is done, identity documents are provided and payment is made. You will receive e-mail with link to the download page for you to download certificate using reference number provided after enrollment.

  7. Download Certificate. Please make sure you use same web browser and machine to download certificate that you used to begin the enrollment process.

  8. You may want to make a back-up copy of certificate. For help on backing up digital certificates, please refer to document on exporting digital certificate under Comtrust-support at www.comtrust.co.ae/repository.htm
